Creating a project
First, we'll look at how to create a project and the first steps I usually take before starting to work on it. Meanwhile, we'll take a look at Webflow's dashboard or control panel.
Designer interface
The Designer is the window we will use most often to build in Webflow, so it is important to start familiarizing yourself with the layout of the different sections and tools, although practice will be what gives us the "flow."
Elements
In this module, I'll tell you a little about the elements I recommend using to build our projects, which will make up the HTML of our website in the cleanest and most personalized way possible.
Classes
Without a doubt, one of the most important aspects of working with Webflow is mastering classes. How you use them and the best practices you employ will give you speed and efficiency when building or modifying projects.
Box model and sizes
In web design, everything is based on the box model. It is important to understand the concept well, although we won't see exactly how it works until we start working on a real structure. As with classes, it is important to have good practices in place to save time when building and maintaining projects.
We will also look at the different ways of sizing our elements.
Layouts and spacing
In this content, we will look at the ways I usually use to distribute elements among themselves. Without a doubt, this is one of the areas we need to master so that we don't feel limited when creating.
Positions
A brief introduction to the different positions. During the development of the project, we will see some more that will help us give our project the look and behavior we want.
Styles
An introduction to the different features Webflow offers us to style our elements. It is important to know them well so that when designing our project, we have more creative resources to add.
Components and variants
A Webflow feature that greatly helps with reusing structures.
Dynamic content with CMS
Explanation and introduction to the Webflow collections system (CMS) for adding dynamic content to websites.
Animations
Brief introduction to the animation panel and the different types of triggers.
